2012
Founding date of bto – build to order – epoxy
August 2012: The decision to found bto-epoxy ltd. is made; on 13th August 2012 the deed of association is signed.
October 2012: bto-epoxy ltd. moves into Workshop 1 of the RIZ (Lower Austrian Start-up Agency) as its first production site.
2013
Our first research project starts!
March 2013: The Austrian Research Support Association (FFG) approves our first research project. As part of a high-ranking consortium we work on the development of new epoxy resin applications in the field of orthopaedics.
2014
Enlargement of team and space prove necessary!
January 2014: bto-epoxy moves into Workshop 5 which offers a lot more space.
May 2014: Mario Hackl joins us – a necessary reinforcement of our production team.
December 2014: Our second full trading year is the first one that allows us to operate in the black. We are very happy to be breaking even so soon.
2015
After three years: The company concept proves successful!
December 2015: Sales increased by 44% from the year before – a great, but really stressful year draws to a close.
2016
bto-concept appeals to business and corporate customers alike!
September 2016: Gordana Milovac joins our office team.
December 2016: Sales increase by slightly more than 20% over the year before.
